Order Processing & Dispatch

Please note that Essentraplus does not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Any orders placed during these days will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are delivered through trusted courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation along with your tracking information.

Delivery Timeline

For orders within Pakistan, delivery usually takes approximately 4–5 working days.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days and may affect delivery timelines.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, customers must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Cancellation requests should therefore be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed or cancelled on the next business day.

Damaged Products During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or courier handling, please retain the original packaging, box, and damaged products and notify us immediately.

Customers should contact us via email or phone with order details and supporting images of the damaged items. After verification, the courier company may inspect or collect the package, and eligible products will be replaced accordingly.
