RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Essentraplus, customer satisfaction is important to us. In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to offer exchanges or refunds subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

Products may qualify for exchange or refund under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is expired or compromised upon delivery
  • A verified adverse reaction occurred after proper use of the product

To be eligible:

  • Customers must contact our Customer Support team by close of business the day after receiving the order.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products and packaging must remain unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original saleable condition.

Please note that refunds or exchanges for change of mind may not be accepted after the stated notification period.

Product Reaction or Sensitivity

In the unlikely event that you experience a reaction or sensitivity to a product, you may request an exchange or refund.

Customers must:

  • Notify us by email within 24 hours of product use
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Share supporting details or images if requested

Each case will be reviewed individually by Essentraplus.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  3. Return eligible products within 7 days of delivery
Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Original payment method (where applicable)

Please allow several business days for refund processing.

Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The product delivered was incorrect
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The issue occurred due to an error by Essentraplus
Exchange Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges may apply for replacement shipments unless the exchange is due to:

  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Defective products
  • Courier damage
